At Springfeel we manufacture flexible polyether polyurethane foam. The densities of our products range from 9kgs/m3 to 65kgs/m3. Springfeel brand products are available in regular grades and special grades like Antistatic, Fire retardent, Super soft, Mattress and Lamination grades.
Springfeel also specializes in offering melamine foam(Basotect) suitable for acoustic and thermal insulation applications.
We also offer Re-bonded foam in the densities ranging from 80kgs/m3 to 120kgs/m3 especially suitable to make orthopedic mattress(firm hard type) the re-bonded foam also has its application in the industrial segments like automotive sectors, seat cushion etc.
We offer the products in the standard dimensions and in cutomized or specific dimensions as required by our clients. Peeled foam in roll form available in various thickness and widths.
We specialize in offering convoluted/ corrugated foam for the packaging industry and others.
