With the aid of the ‘Peeling’ machine from Fecken-Kirfel, Germany, foam is peeled into a continuous roll form. The minimum thickness that can be peeled is 3mm and the maximum width of the foam block that can be peeled is 94 inches. Peeled foam finds extensive use in lamination applications apart from the quilting industry.

We have set up a modern laboratory to test polyurethane foam as per ASTM- D 3574 for the U.S market, and BIS 7888 for the Indian market.
